We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
- For any unopened product, simply return it with its original receipt of sale within 15 days of purchase and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
- Any open box returns may require inspection before a refund can be processed, and any acceptable open box returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All open box returns must be returned within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by its original receipt of sale.
